AGC Construction Tech Demo Days are virtual events that connect AGC members with premier solutions providers, offering a platform to showcase innovative technologies tailored to address the challenges faced by contractor members.

These events provide decision-makers in the construction industry with a valuable opportunity to explore multiple solutions in a low-pressure, interactive environment. Each demo session includes a 20-minute live demonstration followed by a 10-minute live chat Q&A, ensuring attendees gain insights and can ask questions in real time.

Participants can review informational materials about the solutions providers ahead of time and express their interest during or after the sessions by submitting a virtual “business card.” This streamlined format simplifies the process of discovering and evaluating new products and services.

  • Demo Days consist of eight non-competing, 30-minute live technology demonstration sessions
    • Recommended format: 20-minute demo with 10 minutes for live chat Q&A
  • Collateral materials available to attendees before (usually 1-3 days), during and 90 days after the event
  • Receive list of individuals who attended your session along with the chat
  • transcript from your session (opt-in attendees)
  • Attendees can virtually drop off a business card at any time indicating further interest within Matchbox, the AGC Demo Day platform
  • Demo session recording will remain available to registered attendees for 90 days
  • Sessions are recorded and can be accessed for a short period of time after the demo day
  • Demo Day Solutions Providers can attend each other’s presentations.
    • Demo Day Solution Providers should keep this in mind when designing their demo
  • Solutions Providers are encouraged to promote their Demo Day via marketing campaigns
    • AGC Demo Days are free to AGC members and non-members
  • Recommendations for Demo:
    • Encourage attendees to use the ‘drop off a business card’ option for more info/access/one-on-one demo
    • Provide multiple ways for attendees to engage or stay connected (i.e., QR code to download content, some other kind of incentive, etc.)

Demo Pricing:

  • Agreement and payment must be received at least two business days prior to the scheduled Demo Day.
